Extended Learning for March 30-April 3 ONLY
ISD 199 students will complete Extended Learning assignments Monday, March 30, through April 3, ONLY. Students will transition to Distance Learning starting Monday, April 6. UPDATE: Free Meals Distributed Twice a Week Starting March 31
Starting March 31, ISD 199 will distribute boxes of free meals to students twice a week, rather than one breakfast and lunch every weekday, to comply with Governor Walz's Stay at Home order. A partir del 31 de marzo, ISD 199 distribuirá cajas de comidas gratuitas a los estudiantes dos veces por semana, en lugar de un desayuno y almuerzo cada día de la semana, para cumplir con la orden del Gobernador Walz de quedarse en casa.

Simley Principal Jerry SakalaSimley High School is a comprehensive secondary school with a student population of about 1,200 in grades 9-12. Simley is dedicated to excellence in academics, offering more than 230 required and elective trimester courses to allow students to design programs to meet their individual needs and talents.

Advanced classes are offered in mathematics, science, English, social studies, art and more. Simley students are able to select activities from a variety of athletic and fine arts programs. Special education services are available in the areas of learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, mildly/moderately mentally disabled, speech/language delays, and adapted physical education. Simley's award-winning Alternative Learning Program is a high school educational experience designed to meet the needs of students who are not successful in the traditional school setting.  more
