Nine Inver Grove Heights Middle School 6th-grade students were selected for this year's Minnesota Band Directors Association - Southeast Region (SEMBDA) Second Year Honor Band. Students were chosen to participate based on their hard work, commitment to band, and musical excellence. Congratulations to:

Students joined other musicians from schools around the region to rehearse and perform in a special concert showcasing their talents and representing our school with pride. Students performed on May 11 in Lake City, Minnesota.
“We are incredibly proud of our students and their accomplishments,” IGH Middle School Band Director John Devine said. “They put on a fantastic concert.”

Los estudiantes se unieron a otros músicos de escuelas de la región para ensayar y actuar en un concierto especial mostrando sus talentos y representando a nuestra escuela con orgullo. Los estudiantes actuaron el 11 de mayo en Lake City, Minnesota.
