PSEO Student Contract MUST BE COMPLETED BY STUDENT & PARENT. DUE MAY 30.
NOTE:
The Notice of Student Registration form will not become available until a student has completed their PSEO Contract Form, by the deadline (May 30, 2024) which is stated on the form. After a student receives the signed Notice of Student Registration form from their school counselor, they will need to complete their portion of the form and turn it into the college.
The Notice of Student Registration MUST be completed each semester and submitted to the college. You won't be allowed to register for classes until you have turned this form into the college.
