- Attention juniors and seniors: There are only 2 days left to purchase your prom tickets. All tickets must be purchased online through GoFan by Friday, May 3rd at the end of the school day.
- Want a FREE cut before prom? Barbers from ill Cuts will be coming to Simley to offer FREE cuts for prom on Wednesday, May 8th from 12:05 pm-5:00 pm. Please go to your Schoology grade level page to read about the requirements and sign up. Spots are limited so please sign up ASAP.

In the best weather meet of the year so far, the track and field teams traveled to the University of Minnesota to compete. Overall the team earned three event wins, two meet records, six improvements to the Simley Top Ten List, and numerous personal bests. Top Five Finishers:
- Ayisat Adebayo** - 1st in the Triple Jump
- Isaiah Wilson** - 1st in the 110 Hurdles and 1st in the High Jump
- Emerson Hocking - 3rd in the Triple Jump
- Sydney Ries - 3rd in the High Jump
- Ayisat Adebayo, Alice Islam, Taylor Ralston, and Ka'Niyah Eberhardt - 3rd in the 4x100
- Tavon Franklin* - 4th in the Triple Jump and 5th in the Long Jump
- Ka'Niyah Eberhardt* - 5th in the 200
**Ayisat's triple jump of 37-05.5 and Isaiah's time of 14.72 in the 110 Hurdles established new meet records. *Alice's time of 12.92 in the 100 moves her to 6th in school history, Tavon's long jump of 20-06 ranks him 6th and his triple jump of 41-04 ranks him 8th, Nik's time of 4:33.84 in the 1600 ranks him 8th, and Ka'Niyah's time of 27.39 in the 200 ranks her 9th.
- Seniors, please check your class Schoology page and complete the Google Form about your favorite school lunches. The lunches that are picked the most will be served to all the schools in ISD 199 on May 31st, so cast your votes now!
- Grandma Club is partnering with SPARC to spread positive messages and kindness in our community and we would like to invite you to join Grandma club. Grandma Club is a knitting and crochet group that meets once a week in Ms Tischmak's room W202. To kick off our partnership with SPARC, we will be having a bingo night after school today and we would love anyone that is interested in belonging to our club to join us. Our first partner project is crocheting and knitting washcloths to donate to senior living centers in our community. If you are unable to join our group but would like to donate your knitted or crocheted washcloths, you can bring them to Ms Tischmak's room W202.
- Seniors! Friday is the Senior Career Fair at Two Rivers High School. We will be taking a bus over in the morning. This is the perfect opportunity to explore different employment options after high school, especially if college isn't exactly what you are looking for. Employers at the fair offer full time, career focused positions that provide benefits, paid time off, and more. Don't miss this chance to see what options and opportunities are available! - Senior Decision Day has been moved from Wednesday, May 1st to Wednesday, May 22nd in order to give more students an opportunity to confirm their plans for next year. Please save the date and get ready to celebrate your decisions during senior sunrise on the football field on May 22nd!

Seniors: the online payment option for the grad fee is now CLOSED. If you still need to pay your grad fee, please do so with Ms. Sievert in the main office with either a check or cash (exact change please).

Girls Basketball Skill Workouts are going on now. Practices are open to Grades 6th - 12th Girls from 6pm to 7pm in the main gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the month of April and May.

YES! marching band is possible even with summer activities and a fall activity!
Marching Band Rehearsal/Parade Schedule:
There are times when students miss parades and that is okay. We work with many schedules. Most of our marching band members are also in other summer and fall activities with ISD199!

Kansas City Trip Update:
Despite a smaller group, I would still like to go ahead and make this trip possible. If you forgot to indicate your student could attend, please do so now on the link below. I'm hoping to have a price point and draft itinerary out at the beginning of March. I will not be able to take all chaperones that indicated they would like to attend. When more information comes out, I will indicate who was selected.

What it is: The All Night Party is held after graduation on June 6th, 2024 from 10:30pm-4:00am at Simley High School. This is a great night of fun with your class after graduation.
Who it is for: EVERYONE in the class of 2024!
Price: $60: price includes Food, Games, Casino, Hypnotist and prizes to be given away at the end of the night (TV's, gift cards, and more!)
