Inver Grove Heights Middle School Announcements

Congratulations to Simley JV Red Co-Ed Bowling for placing 4th at the State Tournament this past weekend. The team consists of Jacob Kranz, Kaden Darrow, Keonna McFarland, Liban Van Leer, Lily Murphy, and Nadia Van Leer.
Also, congratulations to Zach Howe for being named to the All-State Team.
Felicitaciones a Simley JV Red Co-Ed Bowling para el cuarto lugar en el Torneo Estatal de este fin de semana pasado. El equipo está formado por Jacob Kranz, Kaden Darrow, Keonna McFarland, Liban Van Leer, Lily Murphy, y Nadia Van Leer.
También, felicitaciones a Zach Howe para ser nombrado al Equipo de All-State.
PTSA Meetings
Attention: All Parents/Guardians of IGH Middle School Students - Don't forget about our November PTSA meeting – (TONIGHT) Tuesday, November 21st at 6:30pm in the Middle School IMC. Virtual option to attend the meeting is listed below.
We will be discussing how the 6th grade party went (suggestions collected), IG Brewery fundraiser on Tuesday, November 28th, and other fundraising ideas/options.
Middle School PTSA Volunteer opportunities include:
- Dine Out Night or Fundraising Coordinator
- 7 & 8th grade party committees
-Teacher appreciation
-Bookfair Co-coordinator (for Winter conferences)

Atención: Todos los padres / tutores de los estudiantes de IGH Middle School - No se olvide de nuestra reunión de noviembre PTSA - (ESTA NOCHE) Martes, 21 de noviembre a las 6:30 pm en el IMC Middle School. Opción virtual para asistir a la reunión se enumeran a continuación.

Parents and Guardians- Attendance Notification News!
We now have an ATTENDANCE EMAIL. Parents/Guardians, you can now use email to notify IGHMS about student absences.
Please email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to add your students name, grade, and the reason for the absence. These emails can only come from the legal parent/guardians listed in Campus.
If preferred, parents and guardians can still call the attendance line at 651-306-7878.

Dear Parents & Families of School District 199 Students in Grades K-8,
All middle school students must be accompanied by an adult to sports events. Any student not accompanied by an adult will be turned away at the door.
Todos los estudiantes de secundaria deben estar acompañados por un adulto a TODOS los
eventos deportivos. Cualquier estudiante que no esté acompañado por un adulto será rechazado en la puerta.
