If you haven’t voted yet, please be sure to vote on or before Election Day, November 7. Click here for more information about voting. Early voting is open now. Voters may register at their Election Day polling place with an ID and proof of residency.

Attention Girls with Gymnastics Experience in Grades 7 -12 grade.
Come to a meeting about Tryouts for the Simley Gymnastics Team.
This Friday, October 27, 3:45-4:45 in the Simley Spartan Center.
The meeting will last 1 hour. Gymnasts can stay afterward and ask individual questions. All girls will need to arrange a ride home after the meeting.
If parents have questions, come into the Spartan Center at 4:45 to talk to Mrs. Walsh or contact at [email protected]

Like to swim? The Boys’ Swimming & Diving (6th-12th) starts Monday, Nov. 27th. No one “sits on the bench” during meets and there are no cuts from the team. The Simley Nordic Ski Team is a great way to spend the winter months getting outside, improving fitness and being with friends. Nordic (cross country) skiing is open to all students grades 7-12. No experience needed. Workouts are individualized so every skier can feel good about practices and meets. Registration is now open. Six Grade Party! The MS PTSA invites 6th graders to a party on Friday, November 10, 6-8pm in the IGHMS Gyms. Cost is $5. Featuring activities, games, a DJ dance party, inflatables, selfie wall and more! Pizza and pop/water will be served. Bring a food shelf item to enter to win prizes! Parents, please help us out! Check out the signup link for opportunities like ticket sales leading up to the event and various spots during the event itself.

Parents and Guardians- Attendance Notification News!
We now have an ATTENDANCE EMAIL. Parents/Guardians, you can now use email to notify IGHMS about student absences.
Please email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to add your students name, grade, and the reason for the absence. These emails can only come from the legal parent/guardians listed in Campus.
If preferred, parents and guardians can still call the attendance line at 651-306-7878.

Dear Parents & Families of School District 199 Students in Grades K-8,
All middle school students must be accompanied by an adult to sports events. Any student not accompanied by an adult will be turned away at the door.
