Seniors - If you still want to order a panoramic photo, pick-up an order form in the main office or guidance office. Orders are due in the main office Monday, Oct. 9th. Online ordering is not closed. 


Juniors- don't forget to register for the PSAT if you're planning to take the test on October 31st. Register on Infinite Campus. The cost is $21 and the deadline to register is October 18th. 

Fall Academic Recognition awards that were not picked-up last night can be found in the main office AFTER 1st hour from Ms. Sievert. 


This Saturday the Simley Cross Country Team is hosting their annual Simley Invite on the trails and fields of our very own school campus. Over 20 teams will be here competing. High School 5k races start at 9:30 a.m. and Middle School races at 11:30 a.m. Come out and support Simley Cross Country in their final pre-championship competition of the season, here at home on this very spectator friendly course.


Interested in exploring different career pathways and connecting with a wide variety of employers? Career Connect day is on October 17th at St. Paul Rivercentre. This is an amazing career fair with over 100 employers in every different career field. Open to grades 10-12. Pick-up a permission slip in the Student Center.  


With winter approaching, Football will be hosting a blanket drive at their home game on October 12th.  If you would like to participate, please bring a gently used blanket to the game.  Collection boxes will be at the front entrance. Blankets will be donated to the homeless and encampments throughout the twin cities.


If you are interested in joining the Simley Baseball program, there will be an informational player/parent meeting at 7pm in the Spartan Center on October 11. Stop by room WA225 if you have any questions.


Now is a great time to start thinking about the upcoming Holiday season. Any students interested in joining the Spanish Club to learn more about the Spanish language and culture, come to Mrs. Valencia's room on Friday at 8:00am.


BSU will be holding a meeting after school every Thursday from 3:30-4:30 in W113 Ms Campos’ room.


Like to swim? The Boys’ Swimming & Diving M.S. H.S. teams are having a short Informational MEETING on Tuesday. Oct. 10th at 3:45 p.m. in *Middle School lunchroom* The teams are open to all boys 6-12th grade. This meeting is a chance to meet the team and coaches and get all the paperwork your son will need to join a school sport.  The Boys’ Swimming & Diving Season is a winter sport and begins Monday, Nov. 27th. NOTE: this meeting is for the athletes.   Parents are more than welcome to attend, but they do not need to attend this meeting.  There is a parent’s meeting scheduled for Nov. 28th.  To get more specific information about the season (practice & meet schedules and calendars) please email Coach Lynn Newton at [email protected]


Simley Boys Basketball will be holding a preseason meeting for both parents and students (9th – 12th) on Monday Oct. 30th from 6pm- 6:30pm at the Spartan Center.  If you plan to try out for the 23-24 season, please plan to attend.
