PTSA FUNDRAISER- Stop into Dairy Queen on Cahill on THURSDAY, May 11th between 5-8 PM and get dinner and a treat! Dairy Queen will donate 10% of sales during that time frame to the IGHMS PTSA to help us continue our mission to support Inver Grove Heights Middle School and the teachers, staff and students that we all care about so much! Thank you in advance for your support! (No flyer needed.)

Interested in joining the 2023-2024 Simley Dance Team?
There will be an Open House for anyone (currently in grades 5-11) interested in learning more about the team. Stop by the Dance Room at Simley High School on Wednesday, May 10th starting at 6pm. This time will be for parents or dancers to ask questions, meet coaches and team members, watch team performances, learn about the practice schedule, learn about the difference between our fall and winter seasons, and learn the skills included in tryouts. If you cannot make it to our Open House, no problem! You are still welcome to tryout the following week.
Fall Performance Team and Winter Competitive Team tryout practices will take place on May 15 from 6-7:30pm, May 16 from 4-5:30pm and May 17 from 6-7:30pm. Tryouts will take place on Thursday, May 18 starting at 6:00pm. If you are currently in grades 5-11, you are welcome to try out. ¿Está interesado en unirse al equipo de baile Simley 2023-2024?
Habrá una Casa Abierta para cualquier persona (actualmente en los grados 5-11) interesada en aprender más sobre el equipo. Pase por el salón de baile de Simley High School el miércoles 10 de mayo a partir de las 6 p. m. Esta vez será para que los padres o los bailarines hagan preguntas, se reúnan con los entrenadores y los miembros del equipo, vean las actuaciones del equipo, aprendan sobre el horario de práctica, conozcan la diferencia entre nuestras temporadas de otoño e invierno y aprendan las habilidades incluidas en las pruebas. Parents and Guardians- Attendance Notification News!
We now have an ATTENDANCE EMAIL. Parents/Guardians, you can now use email to notify IGHMS about student absences.
Please email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to add your students name, grade, and the reason for the absence. These emails can only come from the legal parent/guardians listed in Campus.
If preferred, parents and guardians can still call the attendance line at 651-306-7878.

Ya tenemos un CORREO ELECTRÓNICO DE ASISTENCIA. Padres/tutores, ahora pueden usar el correo electrónico para notificar a IGHMS sobre las ausencias de los estudiantes.

Dear Parents & Families of School District 199 Students in Grades K-8,
All middle school students must be accompanied by an adult to sports events. Any student not accompanied by an adult will be turned away at the door.
Todos los estudiantes de secundaria deben estar acompañados por un adulto a TODOS los
