Attention juniors and seniors prom tickets for Friday, April 21st are now on sale in GoFan until Wednesday, April 19th. Guest forms are available in Ms. Jaco’s office and are due back no later than Tuesday, April 18th. Tickets are $40 per person.
For the first time in the 2023 season, the track and field team competed in an outdoor meet against Hastings and North. Senior Captain Natalie DePalma had a two feet PR in Triple Jump jumping 34 feet. This jump ranks her 4th all time in Simley school history. On the boys side sophomore Isaiah Wilson had a 4 inch PR in the High Jump jumping 6 feet 2 inches. His jump ranks him 6th in Simley school history.

Simley Softball won their game against Tartan 11-6. A home run by Rowan Smith got the Spartans scoring started. Spartans have their next game today at Bloomington Kennedy.
The Gender Sexuality Alliance is leading Simley’s participation in GLSEN's national Day Of Silence today. Their silence is a protest and form of reclamation for the injustices LGBTQ+ students face in schools. This year's theme is Rising Up. Thank you for your respect and support for this important event.
Reminder to all students that tardy sweeps will be continuing all week. Please be aware of your time. Those that have releases, make sure that it is reflected in your schedule. If it is not, then you do not have a release. Those that qualify for a release should have their cards already or need to get their cards from Ms. Offermann in the main office. Students that leave for their release are also responsible for getting back to class on time.
