The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) will be offered at Simley on March 7th, the same day as the ACT. This test is required if you are planning to enlist in any branch of the military. Even if you aren't planning on a military pathway, the ASVAB provides excellent career exploration tools. If you're a junior, you can switch from the ACT to the ASVAB. If you are a sophomore or senior, you are welcome to come in on the 7th and take the ASVAB- just sign-up with Ms. Kimble.
Spring Boys and Girls Lacrosse season: There is a Girl's Player/Parent meeting this coming THURS 3/2 at 7PM in the Spartan Center for any girls interested in playing lacrosse this spring. There is a Boy’s Player/Parent meeting next WED 3/8 at 7PM in the Spartan Center for any boys interested in playing lacrosse this spring. You don’t need to have experience playing – ALL are welcome 7th grade – 12th grade! Please also make sure to officially register within Infinite Campus-School Store- Activity Registration menu by Tryouts – which starts MON 4/3! A physical is needed to be on file within the last 3 years.
