8th Grade Parent Night
Save the date for 8th Grade Parent Night on Wednesday, February 22. Starting at 6:00 PM, Simley High School staff will provide information to incoming families, answer their questions, and give them a tour of the school. Dakota Soccer Club is looking for a few more male soccer players for summer 2023!! Players from the following birth years are needed: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. We currently have teams at these ages but just need a few more players to fill out the rosters. The DSC competitive soccer program officially begins in March (but some teams are training now) with indoor training and runs through June. Practices are held indoors 1 to 2 times a week for March-April, and then move outside during May-June (up to 2-3 times per week). Summer schedule includes 8 to 10 games. Costs range from U9-U10 ($360), U11-U14 ($515) plus uniform costs. For more information or to register, visit www.dakotasc.org.
¡¡Dakota Soccer Club está buscando algunos futbolistas masculinos más para el verano de 2023!! Se necesitan jugadores de los siguientes años de nacimiento: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 y 2012. Teacher Conference Meal- Thursday, February 9th!
Conferences are quickly approaching and we love to treat our teachers to a nice hot meal on their long night of conferences, so please sign up to help us make that happen! There are different ways to help, sign up to bring food (preferred), help set up or clean up, or if you can't do either of those you can always send money and I can do the shopping/cooking for you! Parents and Guardians- Attendance Notification News!
We now have an ATTENDANCE EMAIL. Parents/Guardians, you can now use email to notify IGHMS about student absences.
Please email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to add your students name, grade, and the reason for the absence. These emails can only come from the legal parent/guardians listed in Campus.
If preferred, parents and guardians can still call the attendance line at 651-306-7878.

Dear Parents & Families of School District 199 Students in Grades K-8,
All middle school students must be accompanied by an adult to sports events. Any student not accompanied by an adult will be turned away at the door.
