DCTC classes are still going on today as scheduled.  The bus will be here at its normal time.

 

Any students that need food over break OR are signed up for EveryMeal, please pick up your bags during the day or immediately after school on Tuesday or Wednesday in Ms. Holt's office, WA 200.  

 

The Boys Swimming & Diving team had an incredible meet last night against 92-94 Hastings.  Christian Jack won the 200 Individual Medley; Marioys Makar won the 1-meter diving; and Hunter Collins won the 100 breaststroke: The team of Hunter Collins, Lucas McMonigal, Will Foster, and John Tabor won the 200 Free Relay.  The Spartans next meet is Thursday, Jan. 5th at South St Paul at 6:00 p.m.

 

Today is the last day to claim lost items in the lost & found in Mr. Berg's Office. Any clothing items left in the lost & found by 7th hour will be sent to the district clothing shelf. Remaining items will be discarded at the end of the day.

ISD 199 Winter Weather Procedures

ISD 199 will have two weather-related non-school days before Extended Learning days are declared and students continue classwork from home. On the third Snow or Cold Day of the school year, Extended Learning days will begin. Click here for information about Extended Learning Days.

 

School closures will be announced in an automated phone call, texts to families who have opted into receiving text messages, a post on the district website and social media accounts, and announcements through local television and radio stations. Free Community Event on February 1

IGH families and neighbors are invited to the IGH Spartan Prevention, Advocacy, and Resource Coalition’s free community event featuring motivational speaker Cory Greenwood on February 1! Cory's funny, heartfelt stories are a great way for families to connect about mental health, decision-making, and more. Click here for event details.

Did you know that breakfast is free for all students everyday?  While we have returned to paying for lunch, breakfast is still free for everyone.  Stop by the to-go cart in the commons or go directly to the cafeteria each day before school to pick up your breakfast and feed your brain for the morning.  If you need help paying for lunch, please complete the educational benefits application, which can be done on the parent portal or on a form found in the guidance office.

Seniors, the deadline is approaching to order your cap and gown for graduation. Schedule your senior meeting with your counselor so you do not miss this deadline.
Reminder-Blankets are not allowed to be worn at school for health and safety reasons.  Students are encouraged to dress in layers as some learning spaces vary in temperature.
