 Are you interested in joining the BOYS SWIMMING AND DIVING team? 9th-12th Grade Season begins Monday, Nov. 28th.  No one “sits on the bench” during games and there are no cuts from the team. To get more specific information about the season (practice & meet schedules and calendars) please email Coach Lynn Newton at [email protected]

The annual Student Council food drive will occur next week  (Monday, November 7 through Friday, November 11). We ask that you collect non-perishable food items or monetary donations in your first hour class for Neighbors, Incorporated and our Simley community. The first hour class with the most points donations per student in the class will receive donuts and juice on Monday, November 15.

Attention Math Team members, the Math Meet scheduled for tonight has been postponed to tomorrow night.  Please meet in Mr. Gingerich's room after school tomorrow night for the meet.
Congratulations goes out to Alex Anaya, who won 9th place in Varsity Lincoln Douglas Debate at the Farmington Invitational on Saturday.
College visits: Today, Monday, November 7th, Northern Michigan University will be here at 1:35 PM. Wednesday, November 9th, University of Minnesota Duluth will be here at 1:35 PM. To sign-up, see Ms. Kimble
On Saturday the Simley Cross Country team had 3 athletes compete at the State Meet at St. Olaf College. Megan Gullerud, competing in her 2nd State Meet, improved by over a minute and 20 places from a year ago to finish 32nd in a time of 19:35. Megan is now the 2nd highest finisher in Simley history at the State Meet, while teammate Abi Linquist finished 84th in her first State Meet appearance and is the 4th best finisher in school history. In the Boys race Kaiden Schrandt passed over 50 runners between the mile and end of the race to finish 49th in a time of 16:58, becoming the 4th highest finisher in Simley boys history at the state meet.

Thank you to everyone who came out in support of Megan, Abi, and Kaiden.

Reminder to all cross country athletes that you need to turn in your uniforms and warmups to Coach Gerber and submit your Cross Country yearbook submissions by tonight to Coach Gerber in the Google Form.  The End of Season will be next Tuesday.

Reminder-Blankets are not allowed to be worn at school for health and safety reasons.  Students are encouraged to dress
in layers as some learning spaces vary in temperature. 

Attention seniors: Please schedule your senior meeting with your counselor. The only way to order your cap and gown is by having your senior meeting so it is very important to schedule your meeeting.
Basketball Open Gym - Must present Student ID at door to attend. Students without Simley ID's will not be able to enter the gym. Open Gym is only for Simley students only.

Are you looking for something to do this winter (December thru April) and are not participating in any winter athletics or programs? Do you like computer programming and coding? How about designing a web page, T-shirt or a logo? Maybe you like pneumatics, drive trains and welding and designing a vehicle? If you said yes to any of these, maybe FIRST Robotics is for you. There will be a meeting, pre-season, this Wednesday in room EA109 from 3:30 to 4:30. No experience necessary, just the willingness to learn, have fun and be part of a team.  If you are interested but cannot make the meeting, Call 651-306-7110, e-mail [email protected] or stop by Mr. Fisher's room and let him know.

Seniors-This is a reminder that the Yearbook needs key information from you for the Yearbook. The main things needed are your senior photo, baby photo, and your senior quote. All of these things are due  December 1st.

We also recommend that you buy a Yearbook NOW. The Yearbook is currently at the lowest price it will be all year. To purchase:
