School Board Meeting Procedures During Pandemic

ISD 199 logo in redNOTICE: The ISD 199 Board of Education, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.021, will conduct all School Board meetings for the foreseeable future via teleconference and will follow the guidance from the Minnesota School Boards Association, Minnesota Department of Health, and Center for Disease Control to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The School Board shall provide the District Office Boardroom, located at 2990 80th Street East, as a place at which the public may listen and address the board at a regular board meeting. All requests to address the board must be submitted at least one hour prior to the meeting’s scheduled start time. The public may also attend school board work sessions in observance only. To abide by social distancing and other community mitigation orders, individuals may be asked to leave voluntarily or move to another listening location in the interest of attendee safety.
