We encourage families to report to their school’s nurse when their child tests positive for COVID-19, has a suspected case of COVID-19, or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive. / Alentamos a las familias a informar a la enfermera de la escuela cuando su hijo dé positivo en la prueba de COVID-19, tenga un caso sospechoso de COVID-19 o haya estado en contacto con alguien que haya dado positivo en la prueba.

Food Service Expands Meal Program to 7 Days of Meals & All Children, Starting November 30
11/23/2020
Starting Monday, November 30, ISD 199 will provide Free Meal Boxes to ANY child, age 18 or younger. Families will no longer need to pre-order meals. Just pick up a Free Meal Box at a distribution site. / A partir del lunes 30 de noviembre, ISD 199 proporcionará cajas de comida gratis a CUALQUIER niño de 18 años o menos. Las familias ya no necesitarán pedir comidas por adelantado. Simplemente recoja una caja de comida gratis en un sitio de distribución.

Principal David LostetterHilltop Elementary School focuses on whole-student development, providing academic as well as social-emotional learning. Through Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, or PBIS, our staff celebrates students for demonstrating the Spartan Way: Be respectful, be responsible, and be safe. Students learn positive, productive behaviors early to help shape them into collaborative workers and excellent communicators so they can reach achieve their goals. We will lend support in helping your child persist and persevere when faced with a challenging task.
